The sheets are sawn to approximately 19.5 x 30 cm or 40 x 25 cm. The sawing margin for these sheets is +/- 1 cm, so the sheets differ slightly from each other. You can order them in bundles of 10 sheets.

Option 1: 10 sheets of 19.5 x 30 cm with a 60% discount

Black MDF is a fully colored variant of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) with a thickness of 3mm. In comparison to regular (brown) MDF, this type is slightly stronger, has a higher density (heavier), and exhibits better resistance to moisture.

It is ideal for laser cutting logos, artworks, lettering, housings, boxes, molds, and more.

Laser cutting Black MDF is straightforward, although a slightly slower cutting speed than normal MDF is recommended. The edges may appear light after cutting, but you can easily remove this by wiping with a damp cloth. Additionally, it can be sawed and milled to suit your specific needs.
